Couch to Half Marathon: Complete Beginner’s Training Plan

If you are looking to compete in a marathon, but you haven’t done so before there are some things that you need to make sure you are doing while you are training. Be sure that you have at least 20 weeks to devote to a training system. In those 20 weeks, every 5 weeks will have its own phase. There will be a total of 4 phases. During those phases, it will focus on one aspect of marathon running.
