It would be great if we had a situation where we are able to improve every day of our lives, and every aspect of it, from physical health to social relationships. Unfortunately, that is not how life happens. There are many unpredictable things that happen, and the silver lining is in the notion that these challenges make us appreciate what we have. The difficult task under those circumstances is how to set up your agenda and goals and then be able to change them dynamically.
